This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Drive the growth of new business across the US New Logo, Canadian, and Latin American markets.
• Provide visionary guidance to both direct and indirect sales teams.
• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for the US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Identify new business prospects, enter new markets, and enhance customer acquisition methods.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Renewals, Customer Success, and Product Management teams.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise operational plans.
• Analyze forecasting, sales stages, and pipeline data in conjunction with Sales Operations.
• Project and meet business objectives.
• Manage and control functional expenses effectively.
• Ensure proficient use of SFDC/Salesforce.com, ClosePlan, Anaplan, and established business practices.
• Establish and monitor sales performance metrics.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organization.
• Oversee the development of revenue and pipeline resources.
• Make decisions regarding hiring, promotions, compensation, rewards, recognition, and training.
• Coach and mentor individuals and teams, while executing sales enablement initiatives.
• Over 15 years of senior sales management experience in sales strategy, planning, and execution.
• Proven experience in leading both first-line individual contributors and second-line managers.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling a new-logo acquisition business.
• A strong track record of hiring top-tier acquisition-focused sales talent.
• In-depth knowledge of the Canadian and Latin American markets.
• Experience in formulating successful channel and direct growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required.
• MBA is preferred.
• Expertise in Enterprise Software, SaaS, and strategic account management.
• Experience in the cybersecurity/identity industry is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Several years of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Exceptional presentation and client-facing abilities, including engagement with C-level executives.
• Experience in leading outstanding team performance within a US-based, global matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Established contacts with C-level executives across multiple verticals in large enterprises.
