• Lead the customer insights and Deals Desk functions.
• Continuously optimize territory assignments.
• Design and implement agentic GTM workflows utilizing Claude and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Oversee and drive the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap.
• Create AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and signal-based outbound triggers.
• Develop and maintain the revenue forecasting methodology.
• Own and eventually automate the weekly GTM pulse artifact for leadership.
• Facilitate weekly CRO pipeline reviews and monthly CFO revenue reports.
• Manage SLT communications regarding GTM performance.
• Direct the architecture, data flows, and SDLC of SSC's comprehensive revenue technology ecosystem.
• Administer Salesforce as the primary system of record.
• Foster the use of Snowflake as the data warehouse and AI input layer.
• Promote Tableau adoption as the self-service analytics delivery platform.
• Utilize Gainsight for customer insights and leverage the platform for GTM intelligence.
