This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will play a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of our West Internet division (including PureFibre, Wireless Home Internet, and Copper) by implementing and monitoring high-impact initiatives that enhance customer value, lower costs, and bolster long-term profitability.

• Gain mastery over our Internet West revenue portfolio and performance metrics to create effective growth strategies aimed at expanding the portfolio to new customers while highlighting key value propositions and bundling opportunities.

• Establish and oversee the tracking of essential revenue metrics such as ARPU, AMPU, loading RMR, household growth, attach rates, yield, and service adoption.

• Collaborate with the Finance and Forecasting teams to set ambitious yet attainable quarterly targets, align on in-year and long-term revenue and margin forecasts, and report on acquisition discount budgets.

• Develop performance summaries to facilitate continuous optimization and visibility across various teams.

• Formulate strategies to improve margins and revenue to enhance overall profitability.

• Create data-driven business cases and support strategic initiatives that identify and seize P&L opportunities within the Internet West portfolios (PureFibre, Wireless Home Internet, and Copper).

• Perform scenario analyses to assess risk, ROI, and long-term financial implications.

• Build and maintain portfolio projections, including loading performance, AMPU/RMR, revenue, and tier mix, to inform monthly targets.

• Assist the Planning team with the Triage/Budget and Stratcheck process by providing acquisition forecasts and proactively keeping them updated on emerging risks and opportunities.

• Evaluate the impact of pricing and offer changes on future projections to clearly articulate overall variance to budget.

• Establish repeatable execution frameworks to ensure scalability and the long-term sustainability of programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, pricing, and/or strategy roles within telecommunications, security, IoT, or technology sectors.

• Experience in building financial models and business cases is considered a significant asset.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable commercial strategies and recommendations.

• Familiarity with key performance indicators such as loading volume, ARPU, margin, and revenue.

• Proven ability to lead complex commercial initiatives from conception to execution.

• Strong relationship management skills across pricing, finance, marketing, sales, systems, and product teams.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities while achieving results.

• Excellent project management skills, with experience in coordinating multi-stream initiatives.

• A compelling storyteller, capable of influencing senior leaders through clear, fact-based recommendations.

• Understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer lifetime value, and the Canadian telecommunications landscape.
