This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage our Customer Success (CS) technology stack, which includes Salesforce CRM—creating automations, upholding data integrity, and ensuring that workflows guide individuals through the appropriate stages.
• Execute SQL queries against our data warehouse (BigQuery) and GTM stack to establish and uphold the reporting framework utilized by CS leadership.
• Assist in the design and implementation of systems that facilitate our renewal processes, including our self-service renewal platform for digital partners, by converting business needs into system automations and workflows.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a technical/analytical role, with substantial experience in Salesforce and SQL at a SaaS organization.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce in developing automations and workflows that transition records through pipeline stages, rather than merely performing configuration or reporting tasks.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL—capable of independently extracting and manipulating data from a GTM stack to address operational inquiries.
