This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Drive the Bank's growth through business development and the management of essential client relationships.
• Serve as a point of escalation for intricate client issues, resolving conflicts while fostering robust client relationships.
• Structure sophisticated deals, obtain credit approvals, and negotiate high-value agreements.
• Generate new business by reaching out to prospects and clients, and cross-selling credit, trust/investment, and cash management products and services.
• Assess loan applications and cash management service agreements for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to risk management standards.
• Formulate market strategies, pinpoint opportunities, and enhance client portfolios.
• Identify market segments and utilize industry trends to propel business growth and broaden the client base.
• Represent the Bank at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies and meet client requirements.
• Generate reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and market trends for senior executives.
• Establish and sustain long-term relationships with high-value and strategic clients.
• Analyze market trends, client industry developments, and competitive positioning to shape client solution strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to define products, solutions, and strategies that cater to clients’ needs.
• Identify share-of-wallet opportunities and grow a portfolio that surpasses ROE thresholds.
• Proactively assess client returns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, compliance policies, laws, and regulations.
• Implement the Risk Management Framework and make informed, risk-aligned decisions consistent with business strategy.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or similar banking environment, with a focus on sales metrics preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting are preferred.
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• In-depth knowledge and technical expertise acquired through substantial education and professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, Deal Structuring, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Project Management, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Financial Analysis.
• Capability to adhere to regulatory requirements, internal controls, compliance policies, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to apply the Risk Management Framework and make informed decisions based on risk analysis.
