This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and enhance relationships with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries.
• Serve as the main client-facing contact throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
• Identify and assess new liquidity opportunities.
• Represent Tangible during client meetings and at industry events.
• Manage due diligence, documentation review, and the progression of deals.
• Participate in financial analysis and valuation discussions.
• Keep up-to-date with trends and pricing dynamics in the secondary market.
• Work closely with deal teams in both the US and UK across various time zones.
• 4–7 years of experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, or coverage of financial institutions.
• A background in investment banking is highly regarded.
• Experience with Big 4 Transaction Services or Deals advisory, particularly with client-facing roles, will also be taken into account.
• A solid understanding of private markets, fund structures, or dynamics of the secondary market is advantageous.
• Proficient analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with financial models, term sheets, or credit documentation is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
