This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals.
• Develop a pre-call strategy utilizing SMART objectives and conduct post-call assessments.
• Skillfully address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to encourage logical calls to action.
• Actively strive to meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges.
• Formulate and implement a call strategy that meets defined call metrics.
• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, the territory market landscape, and share market insights.
• B.Pharma/ M.Pharma/ BDS / B.Sc degree.
• Over 6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
• Strong command of the English language and familiarity with scientific terminology.
• A candidate who exudes executive presence with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
