This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and flagship companies.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships with key decision-makers, adopting a customer-centric approach to uncover their primary needs and enable our clients to reach their objectives through Alan.
• Proactively detect potential signs of dissatisfaction and implement strategies to address them.
• Ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts and advocate for Alan's health partner positioning to foster widespread adoption among employees and administrators.
• Analyze and deliver consumption reports to clients during business reviews.
• Identify and implement innovative initiatives to engage our current customers.
• Oversee cross-selling and upselling efforts within our product portfolio to meet customer needs and address pain points.
• Renegotiate contracts to ensure that our customers receive exceptional value while maintaining sustainable profitability.
• Contribute to the development of our products and services by representing our customers' voices in discussions with Product teams.
• Assist in acquiring new customers by promoting our Key Account Management program to potential clients and collaborating with Sales teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations.
• Experience with organizations that employ over 150 individuals.
• Proficiency in both French and English (Dutch language skills are an advantage).
• Strong negotiation abilities and positive lobbying skills, capable of building long-lasting relationships founded on trust and transparency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in creating data-driven reports.
• Exceptional active listening skills and outstanding follow-up capabilities.
• A growth mindset with a keen interest in the healthcare sector and a desire to deepen market knowledge.
• Previous experience in Insurance or a related benefits industry is a plus but not a requirement.
