This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Assume responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of a service-oriented account strategy.
• Concentrate on enhancing plant availability, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring the long-term reliability of automation systems.
• Cultivate robust, lasting customer relationships and serve as the main point of coordination for all commercial and service-related activities.
• Lead internal account teams from Sales, Service, Operations, and support functions to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Oversee the commercial lifecycle of active contracts, including renewals and expansions.
• Actively facilitate the resolution of customer issues through effective communication and structured follow-up.
• Enthusiastic about establishing long-term customer relationships and promoting operational excellence.
• Highly proficient in developing strategic account plans and achieving measurable growth within the Oil & Gas and Chemical sectors in The Netherlands.
• Experienced in leading a multidisciplinary key account team composed of various internal ABB stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in value-based selling, leveraging customer insights, lifecycle data, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong skills in contract management, including performance evaluations, contract compliance, scope definition, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial pipeline management and CRM systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of Automation Solutions, control systems, instrumentation, and lifecycle services.
• A degree in Engineering (Automation, Process, or a related field) or substantial knowledge of industrial automation service delivery.
• Comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English with customers at all levels.
