VP, Relationship Manager – Mortgage Warehouse Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for Warehouse Facilities, MSR Term Loans, and Deposits provided by Customers Bank.

• Create Term Sheets and present potential opportunities internally before showcasing them to clients.

• Oversee an existing client portfolio to ensure optimal performance and usage.

• Prepare and deliver credit actions to the loan committee promptly, collaborating with the Credit team.

• Collaborate with the Operations team on all facets of client relationships, from initial training for new clients to ongoing training and performance evaluation.

• Achieve departmental goals and objectives related to warehouse loan and deposit balances.

• The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships in the Southeast Region of the U.S.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Warehouse Lending sector.

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• In-depth understanding of warehouse lending processes and procedures.

• Formal credit training is necessary.

• Proactive self-starter with strong time management abilities.

• Capability to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly.

• Proficient in multitasking within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A professional demeanor and work ethic.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Office Suite.

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools that enhance productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.
