This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with vendors for financing and establish strategic partnerships.
• Identify and integrate new vendors, OEMs, dealers, and referral sources.
• Structure and negotiate financing transactions in collaboration with Credit and Capital Markets.
• Oversee an active pipeline and meet sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for significant vendor relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with Operations, Servicing, Accounting, and Marketing to ensure effective program implementation and execution.
• Represent Verdant at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in equipment finance, vendor finance, commercial lending, or related financial services.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of working autonomously and managing multiple priorities effectively.
