This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversees strategic partnerships with current and prospective key consumer accounts, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms, to enhance profitability, achieve sales goals, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Formulates strategic initiatives to increase account revenue and market share.
• Meets sales, revenue, and profitability objectives for designated accounts or channel portfolios.
• Engages in negotiations for contracts and agreement terms to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Unlocks additional account value by refining distribution terms, securing strategic agreements, and amplifying the share of wallet within each customer.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of customer strategies and establishes an account strategy that fosters profitable high-growth opportunities for Signify, along with managing operational execution.
• Observes market dynamics and shopper behavior to pinpoint new growth opportunities.
• Defines and implements actions within the accounts, coordinating support across various Signify teams (e.g., Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Order Desk, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) to achieve account performance goals and meet customer expectations.
• Develops and executes a strategy and development plan for the assigned channel, focusing on connected lighting for B2C consumers across Central America.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in key account management or sales positions within the consumer sector, showcasing a proven track record in managing complex accounts and driving profitable growth.
• Professional experience in building and nurturing long-term relationships within the consumer and DIY channels.
• Proficiency in Business English is essential.
• Willingness to travel (Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador).
• Must be located in San Salvador or Guatemala.
