This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance strategic customer relationships within designated national accounts.
• Conduct four in-person buyer visits each year to ensure alignment and foster business discussions.
• Perform regular store visits to engage with SPG personnel and gain insights into in-store execution.
• Attend and support new store openings, customer events, and significant milestones.
• Facilitate ongoing monthly business discussions with customers to maintain momentum and clarity.
• Lead the formulation of the annual sales strategy and set annual sales targets.
• Conduct a Monthly Business Review with the Director.
• Identify and seize in-season selling opportunities to maximize growth potential.
• Achieve all assigned sales goals and revenue objectives.
• Utilize ZOHO CRM for managing deals and communications.
• Collaborate consistently with team members and internal partners.
• Proven track record of success in a national or multi-region sales role.
• Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong capability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Demonstrated collaboration across regions and internal teams.
• Clear alignment with company values; demonstrates integrity and accountability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability and readiness to travel nationally.
• Experience managing national or strategic accounts (Preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools (Preferred).
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Preferred).
