This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Delivers timely, precise, and courteous service to our clients, producers, and company staff.
• Collaboratively plans, designs, and executes suitable insurance programs for clients that align with agency policies.
• Keeps abreast of new developments or changes with various insurers and updates in Federal/State regulations.
• Advises, informs, and educates clients about coverage options, exclusions, and potential risks.
• Produces premium allocations for clients.
• Negotiates rate terms and conditions with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Offers technical assistance to producers.
• Prepares essential proposals, summaries of insurance, and applications.
• Engages in remarketing, contacting clients, and following up in collaboration with producers.
• Renews policies in accordance with agency standards.
• Consults, informs, and educates clients about audit procedures.
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance is required.
• An active General Lines or Property & Casualty License is required.
• CISR and/or CIC designation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred, but familiarity with a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.
