VP – Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the creation and implementation of business strategies to meet established operational objectives.

• Serve as the external representative of UFG in the marketplace for all business divisions.

• Foster and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.

• Guide and mentor team members, focusing on talent development and succession planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• A master's degree is preferred.

• CIC/CPCU designation is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in property/casualty insurance, ideally in underwriting and/or marketing.

• At least 5 years of managerial experience is preferred.
