⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain and spend management.

• Proven success in leading large, geographically diverse high-performing teams with P&L responsibility.

• Established experience collaborating with executive and C-suite leaders in complex healthcare environments.

• A documented history of achieving results, supported by measurable outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations.

• Strong ability to cultivate leaders and create high-performing teams.

• Solid understanding of P&L management and healthcare economics.

• Demonstrated capability to influence senior leaders through credibility and sound judgment.

• Proficient in complex, high-stakes negotiations.

• Ability to listen attentively to provider needs and translate data into executive-level narratives.
