This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients led by occupier brokers, facilitating strategic discussions related to business goals and financial results.
• Collaborate directly with occupier brokers and producers to initiate, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Oversee the strategy and analytics aspects of significant pursuits, presentations, and client interactions.
• Convert intricate client challenges into straightforward, persuasive, and financially sound recommendations.
• Propel revenue growth by improving win rates, fostering deeper client relationships, and broadening service offerings.
• Direct integrated advisory solutions encompassing portfolio strategy and optimization as well as workforce and labor analytics.
• Assist clients in navigating multi-market, impactful decision-making processes.
• Synchronize real estate strategies with overarching business objectives, including growth, cost efficiency, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure strategies are practical and closely linked to transaction results and execution.
• Provide executive-level insights on cost, capital, and location trade-offs, ensuring that recommendations are financially sound and feasible.
• Serve as a strategic extension of occupier brokerage teams, enhancing deal strategies and client positioning.
• Activate and integrate a range of advisory capabilities—both within Consulting & Strategy and across related functions (e.g., Supply Chain Solutions, Workplace Strategy).
• Over 15 years of experience in: Commercial real estate, consulting, or advisory; Location strategy, site selection, or portfolio strategy.
• Expertise in financial analysis, investment, or capital advisory.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing, revenue-generating positions.
• Extensive experience supporting complex, multi-market occupier decisions.
• Strong background in location incentives, workforce analytics, and portfolio optimization is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Outstanding strategic thinking paired with extensive financial and analytical expertise.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to secure and finalize business deals.
• Executive presence with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, convincing narratives.
• Highly collaborative with brokers, producers, and market leaders.
• Driven and outcome-focused.
• Operates with a sense of urgency and decisiveness.
