VP, RCM Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee all back-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, denials, and revenue integrity.

• Propel the modernization of billing platforms and digital tools for front-end processes.

• Develop and implement dashboards and performance tracking systems to evaluate KPIs.

• Lead the initiative to centralize revenue cycle operations.

• Act as a crucial partner to the CFO and the executive leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or Finance is required.

• A Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) is highly preferred.

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management.

• Expertise in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management systems (e.g., Athena, Meditech, MedHost, Epic, Cerner, CPSI).
