VP, Project Controls Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a long-term strategic plan for the practice.

• Set and uphold delivery standards along with quality assurance measures.

• Perform regular project evaluations and retrospective analyses to foster continuous improvement.

• Actively identify risks, obstacles, and areas needing performance enhancements.

• Spearhead internal training initiatives and certification programs.

• Represent the organization through keynote presentations and contributions to industry publications.

• Partner with Client Engagement and Sales teams to develop effective strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field (OR a combination of equivalent experience).

• Over 24 years of experience in life sciences, biotech, or advanced manufacturing with extensive domain expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing and expanding a consulting practice or technical service line.

• Solid background in overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary consulting projects.

• Proven track record in mentoring, coaching, and nurturing high-performing teams.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
