• Establish and steer the long-term vision for the product.

• Convert business strategies into a clear and prioritized product roadmap.

• Discover new product opportunities by leveraging customer insights.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows.

• Develop and sustain extensive expertise in adtech.

• Manage the complete product design and development lifecycle.

• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing product management team.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• More than 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling adtech products.

• Strong strategic thinking skills coupled with a proactive approach.

• In-depth understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.

• Experience collaborating across functions with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.

• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to utilize data for decision-making.
