Manager – Digital Product – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of automation initiatives from initial intake through to deployment and optimization.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with business stakeholders.

• Direct the intake and feasibility assessments by collaborating with stakeholders to grasp essential processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and manage automation roadmaps.

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of automation initiatives.

• Create comprehensive delivery plans that encompass timelines and resource allocation.

• Work alongside engineering and business teams to facilitate successful delivery.

• Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the value of automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Project Management.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee the complete lifecycle of automation or digital products.

• In-depth knowledge in: Process analysis and business discovery.

• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.

• Proficiency in backlog prioritization and roadmap management.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Practical experience with: RPA solutions.

• Knowledge of AI and intelligent automation technologies.

• Experience in web application delivery.

• Familiarity with modern AI tools such as: Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.

• Experience using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or comparable platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including the ability to report at the executive level.
