This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the product vision and strategy for either the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain, in alignment with company objectives and customer outcomes.
• Lead the discovery process and prioritize hiring and onboarding challenges, considering new features, regulatory requirements, technical debt, and operational enhancements.
• Convert strategy into actionable plans by defining clear roadmaps, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that offer an excellent user experience.
• Work together with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Go-to-Market, to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Represent the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain in discussions with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating trade-offs, progress, risks, and impacts.
• Identify and assess opportunities to utilize AI and automation to enhance hiring and onboarding results, efficiency, and decision-making processes.
• Leverage data and insights (both quantitative and qualitative) to guide decisions, evaluate impact, and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure that regulatory and compliance standards are integrated into product development without sacrificing usability or speed.
• Continuously refine product processes and contribute to best practices throughout the broader Product organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven history of managing complex product areas from start to finish and achieving measurable business and customer outcomes.
• More than 3 years of experience in HR technology, hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, or B2B SaaS, with a robust understanding of regulated or complex operational domains.
• Excellent skills in product discovery and problem-framing, with the capability to deeply understand customer pain points, validate assumptions, and translate insights into effective product solutions.
• Direct experience in developing or refining AI-powered and automation-driven features, including defining use cases, assessing trade-offs, and measuring real-world impact.
• Strongly data-driven, adept at using both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform prioritization, assess success, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in multinational, cross-functional settings, effectively collaborating with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex or evolving problem scenarios.
• High standards for quality, ethics, and transparency, particularly when developing products that influence people, employment, and compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in scale-up or high-growth environments, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability.
