• Over 5 years of experience in a senior technology leadership position such as VP of Product, VP of Engineering, or CTO at a rapidly growing technology company.
• Proven background in product management — you have developed and owned roadmaps, conducted customer discovery, and made prioritization decisions under pressure.
• A solid track record of delivering products on time, effectively managing engineering teams, and creating operational structures in dynamic environments.
• Strong instincts in system architecture and design: you know how to construct scalable platforms.
• Comfortable and self-assured in presenting and demonstrating the platform to prospects, customers, and partners: you can convey technical capabilities as business value effectively.

• A deep passion for technology and the energy sector.
• Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and early-stage equity opportunities.
