This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

• Develop and deploy mobile features for both Android and/or iOS platforms.

• Design straightforward mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to transform complex user journeys into effective mobile applications.

• Integrate APIs and manage edge cases, loading states, errors, and production challenges.

• Enhance app performance, reliability, crash rates, and overall user experience.

• Facilitate rapid product launches, experiments, and iterations throughout mobile journeys.

• Establish elevated standards for mobile product quality across the application.

• Over 3 years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both.

• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Swift.

• Experience in launching production applications utilized by actual users.

• Strong product intuition and meticulous attention to mobile user experience.

• Capable of working with APIs, analytics, crash logs, and production feedback.

• Agile, practical, and comfortable taking ownership of projects with minimal guidance.

• App links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed work are highly valued.

• English is the primary working language for our global teams. Proficient English communication is essential.
