VP, Product Delivery – Growth, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from initial launch to scaling.

• Establish growth strategies for product lines and collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to set adoption and revenue goals.

• Foster cross-functional accountability for achieving growth and revenue objectives.

• Direct the pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enhanced capabilities.

• Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to develop scalable commercial models that safeguard margins.

• Influence portfolio direction by converting customer feedback, competitive insights, and adoption metrics into roadmap and investment strategies.

• Act as the commercial advocate in portfolio planning and decision-making processes.

• Cultivate executive relationships across key strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute care accounts.

• Oversee beta and co-development initiatives, producing tangible real-world proof points.

• Represent PointClickCare at customer interactions, industry organizations, and analyst forums.

• Lead and expand the Outbound Product Management team.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent while establishing operational rhythms and standards.

• Define and monitor portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs.

• Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and contribute to thought leadership.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and governance teams to ensure the responsible deployment of AI-driven capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth.

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role at the Director level or higher.

• Proven track record of owning go-to-market strategies for a multi-product portfolio, with responsibility for adoption and revenue results beyond mere launch execution.

• Demonstrated success in creating commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.

• Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn metrics.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services.

• Experience in leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through periods of organizational change.

• Robust data-driven decision-making capabilities utilizing both qualitative and quantitative information.

• Willingness to travel frequently to strategic customer locations and industry events, with occasional visits to PointClickCare offices.

• Preferred: experience in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models.

• Preferred: experience in bringing AI-enabled products to market, including generative AI, large language models, and agentic capabilities.

• Preferred: knowledge of interoperability, care transitions, and referral and authorization workflows.
