VP Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ultralytics Platform, focusing on annotation, training, and deployment.

• Establish market positioning, packaging, and usage-based pricing strategies for both B2B and self-serve growth.

• Simplify platform capabilities into clear user value propositions for developers, teams, and enterprises.

• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver products developed using Python, Next.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, GCP, AWS, and Vercel.

• Lead product specifications, prioritization, and execution for ML infrastructure, model training, and deployment workflows.

• Enhance activation, retention, and expansion through product analytics, experimentation, and customer insights.

• Direct and expand a high-performing product function across Madrid, Shenzhen, London, and remote teams.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Growth, Support, and Leadership to synchronize the roadmap with business objectives.

• Engage with the open-source community through our network and developer-focused documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles within product teams or functions.

• Strong expertise in developer tools, ML/AI platforms, or technical SaaS products.

• Proven experience with product-led growth strategies, usage-based or hybrid pricing models, and roadmap development.

• Extensive knowledge in computer vision, data annotation, model training, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure.

• Ability to work closely with engineers while understanding architectural trade-offs, APIs, and pull requests.

• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in collaborating across different time zones and functions.

• Preferred: Experience with open-source products, developer ecosystems, or technical communities.

• Familiarity with Ultralytics YOLO workflows, documentation, or the company handbook.

• Background in B2B SaaS, product analytics, experimentation, and monetization strategies.

• Exposure to edge AI, cloud training pipelines, or enterprise ML operations.

• International experience working with distributed teams and in multilingual settings.
