📋 Description

• Spearhead the next phase of Product at Upsun, developing a mid-to-long-term product strategy.

• Unlock enterprise value and guarantee that a multi-product portfolio propels global market leadership.

• Shape and steer commercial lifecycles across Upsun Cloud, Upsun Blackfire, and Upsun Dispatch.

• Collaborate with the CPTO to harmonize technical direction with commercial objectives.

• Translate market insights into product priorities, roadmaps, and metrics across thousands of deployments.

• Align product strategy directly with revenue leadership and integrate customer discovery into engineering cycles.

• Assess success by creating a focused, scalable go-to-market path for Dispatch and fostering a strong product culture with a newly appointed leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant executive leadership experience overseeing a complex, multi-product portfolio (at various maturity stages) in cloud, PaaS, DevOps, developer tooling, or infrastructure platforms.

• A demonstrated history of guiding new products from initial strategy to global implementation while simultaneously modernizing established products within evolving technical ecosystems.

• The capacity to translate intricate technical capabilities into clear, distinct customer value, address enterprise requirements, and make critical trade-offs using data and sound judgment.

• Experience linking Product with revenue leadership, designing modern organizational frameworks, thoughtfully scaling global remote-first teams, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

• In-depth knowledge of developer workflows and a practical, inquisitive approach to how AI-native development is transforming product discovery, delivery, and user expectations.
