This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Accountable for overseeing all Retail Processing operations

• Manages the complete processing performance and shapes operational strategy

• Formulates and implements operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives

• Recognizes opportunities to enhance cost efficiency, speed, quality, and borrower satisfaction

• Directs large-scale initiatives aimed at process improvement

• Collaborates with IT and Product teams to prioritize and execute system upgrades

• Leverages data and analytics to spot trends, risks, and performance deficiencies

• Creates a high-performing, accountable, and scalable organization

• At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in mortgage operations, including a minimum of 7 years in leadership positions

• Experience in leading extensive loan processing operations

• Proven track record of establishing a strategic vision and translating business objectives into actionable operational plans

• Strong cross-functional leadership background, collaborating with underwriting, closing, funding, secondary marketing, and servicing

• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and investor regulatory requirements

• Demonstrated success in establishing and enforcing service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Advanced expertise in operational reporting and analytics

• Capable of identifying operational inefficiencies

• Strong experience in people leadership
