This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated enterprise clients, fostering trust and strategic alignment with CFOs, COOs, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the main escalation point for intricate client issues, ensuring clear accountability, prompt resolutions, and proactive communication.
• Collaborate closely with internal executive leadership to synchronize client priorities with enterprise goals, capacity planning, and delivery expectations.
• Lead and manage the enterprise governance cadence (e.g., MORs, executive updates, strategic reviews), ensuring consistency, rigor, and communication suitable for executive audiences.
• Maintain a robust and visible executive presence with clients through regular nationwide travel, aligned with portfolio risk, opportunity, and strategic significance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop AVPs and senior leaders, establishing a strong executive talent pool and succession pipeline.
• Significant experience in leading enterprise-level client partnerships and/or managing complex revenue cycle operations within a healthcare setting.
• Proven executive presence with the capability to influence C-suite stakeholders and senior leaders internally.
• Demonstrated success in managing escalations, governance, and performance across multi-client or multi-site portfolios.
• Willingness to operate in a high-travel executive role (approximately 75% nationwide).
