• Cultivate and sustain strong, trusted relationships with C-suite and senior operational leaders within designated health systems.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders by providing data-driven insights and market intelligence that guide strategic priorities.
• Facilitate high-level discussions on performance, strategy, and growth, establishing Sound as a long-term strategic ally.
• Develop and implement the system-level growth strategy in collaboration with service line leaders.
• Recognize and promote opportunities by showcasing a thorough understanding of Sound’s capabilities and their alignment with partner requirements.
• Design and tailor partnership solutions that yield measurable enhancements in total account contribution margin.
• Convert intricate clinical, operational, and financial dynamics into actionable strategies and engagement plans.
• Set annual goals, encompassing revenue growth, performance enhancement opportunities, and long-term value generation.
• Guarantee consistent, high-quality fulfillment of contractual obligations across clinical and operational service lines.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare account leadership.
• Proven track record in managing complex relationships within hospital systems.
• Strong executive presence coupled with consultative selling skills.
• Profound understanding of the financial, operational, and clinical aspects of healthcare.
• An MBA or an advanced degree in healthcare/business is preferred.
