Trial Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate all trial and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers.

• Collaborate in establishing and executing essential goals, objectives, and success metrics for each trial.

• Tailor and configure the Motive platform to align with the specific requirements of the client, ensuring it addresses their challenges.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing consultation on areas such as product, change management, communication strategies, risk management, and coaching techniques.

• Develop and present impactful onsite and web-based training sessions, along with best practice presentations.

• Utilize reporting and data analysis to offer relevant and actionable insights throughout the trial process.

• Provide updates on significant milestones and keep all stakeholders informed about progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing position, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

• Proven experience in managing and leading a software/hardware Proof of Concept, Proof of Value, or Trial process.

• Experience in project management (PMP certification is a plus).

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage urgent requests with composure and professionalism.

• Capability to engage with all levels within the organization to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts clearly and succinctly.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel 20-25% domestically, with potential for international travel.
