This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Lead and nurture our field team, guiding them towards a consultative and partner-success oriented approach.
β’ Strengthen connections with our integration-firm members and vendor partners.
β’ Recognize unmet needs on both sides and create solutions that deliver mutual benefits.
β’ Facilitate organic and sustainable growth by linking people, ideas, and opportunities.
β’ Represent the organization at industry events, acting as a trusted ambassador for our community.
β’ Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives and prepare to carry them forward.
β’ A natural networker who establishes trust quickly and maintains it.
β’ Experienced in partnerships, business development, member relations, or partner engagement β preferably within a channel, association, buying group, or B2B community.
β’ A keen listener and problem-solver who aims for win-win situations.
β’ An emerging leader prepared for executive responsibilities and a potential path to top leadership.
β’ Comfortable with travel and building in-person relationships.
β’ $150k/yr-$170k/yr
