This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts
• Develop and sustain robust client relationships and trust
• Facilitate client meetings, provide status updates, and oversee communications
• Manage client expectations and guarantee prompt follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Address client concerns, escalate issues, and resolve problems professionally
• Keep organized account documentation and communication logs
• Recognize opportunities for account expansion and long-term retention
• Communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders and executives
• Demonstrated experience in senior-level account management or client success positions
• Experience managing enterprise or high-value accounts
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a strong American accent
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Capability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously
• Experience in the tech, SaaS, or software industries is advantageous
• Significant advantage: experience collaborating with clients like Accenture or similar firms
• Familiarity with CRM or project management software
• Strong presentation skills and executive-level communication proficiency
