📋 Description

• Take ownership of revenue targets within this segment.

• Create and implement a business strategy to expand our strategic partner segment, informed by emerging market trends and Rightway’s value proposition and resources.

• Set KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic partnerships and utilize data-driven insights to enhance performance.

• Develop a framework and process for prioritizing and assessing new strategic partnerships and distribution channels, ensuring alignment with Rightway’s model.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team responsible for executing partnerships, while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution for selected deals.

• Collaborate closely with the EVP of Growth to align partnership initiatives with overarching business goals, serving as a key advisor and thought leader within the commercial leadership team.

• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders such as Product, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth integration and implementation of partnership agreements.

• Act as a key representative for Rightway at industry conferences, events, and executive meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree.

• Proven leadership abilities: a successful history of developing and retaining high-performing teams while driving results and fostering a positive team culture.

• Advanced judgment and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage a high volume of pipeline activities and prioritize competing demands without overlooking details.

• Strong skills in managing and influencing internal stakeholders.

• 10-15+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on strategic partnerships or business development within the healthcare or benefits sector.

• Over 4 years of experience in people management.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and the impact of the consulting community on purchasing choices.

• Outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
