• Drive sales growth focused on poultry.
• Attain revenue and margin goals by increasing the adoption of Fortiva additives within poultry accounts.
• Offer customer insights to guarantee the smooth execution of customer programs and business strategies.
• Oversee Strategic Account Management and cultivate customer relationships.
• Create and implement account plans that align with the production goals of customers.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, including nutritionists, live production managers, veterinarians, and procurement teams.
• Deliver technical and value-based selling.
• Position additive solutions based on their performance outcomes.
• Convert technical data into clear economic advantages for customers.
• Support field trials and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to design, execute, and communicate results from field trials.
• PhD in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in poultry, feed additives, animal health, or nutrition sales.
• Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Direct experience with poultry integrators or live production systems is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of poultry nutrition, health challenges, and production economics.
• Experience in ration formulation and strategies for additive inclusion is advantageous for success in this role.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
