This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.
• Identify, nurture, and finalize opportunities with key healthcare clients.
• Develop strategic alliances and channel partnerships.
• Lead contract discussions and secure operational coherence for new business initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking occasions.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance value propositions and improve client onboarding processes.
• Supervise Inside Sales to ensure steady lead generation and maintain pipeline quality.
• Keep precise CRM data for forecasting and strategic planning purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5–7 years of demonstrated success in healthcare sales, including experience with national accounts.
• Familiarity with Remote Care Management – Digital Population Health, CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, etc.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a proven history of building high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with comprehensive knowledge of market trends and competitive environments.
• Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and contemporary sales technologies.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
