VP of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define and implement a long-term product strategy for the Data Intelligence, Defect Analysis, Predictive Health, and AIRE portfolio.

• Build, lead, and mentor a team comprising Group Product Managers, Product Managers, and Product Owners.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams.

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and engage in continuous discovery.

• Drive product development methodologies tailored to data products and AI-enhanced features.

• Provide robust go-to-market support for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Own the long-term roadmap for the portfolio.

• Ensure that the Data Intelligence and AIRE layers are designed and positioned as platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management (or equivalent).

• At least 4 years in a senior or executive product management leadership role overseeing multiple products.

• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks at scale.

• Hands-on experience with data products, analytics platforms, or algorithm/ML-driven solutions.

• A proven track record of building and scaling B2B SaaS products.

• Experience managing roadmaps for analytics, business intelligence, or algorithm-driven products.

• Background in defining, launching, or scaling AI/ML-powered product features.

• Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling abilities.
