Product Manager II

📋 Description

• The Product Manager II is accountable for the implementation of digital products that support Ulteig’s business objectives.

• This position converts business requirements and customer insights into tangible products and well-defined product specifications.

• The Product Manager oversees the entire product lifecycle by articulating the strategic “why” and “what” within the roadmap.

• Establish product vision and roadmap, ensuring they align with Ulteig’s strategic goals and customer demands.

• Assess MVPs and early-stage concepts, ensuring effective execution through strong collaboration with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, program management, project management, or agile practice management.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate products or programs within a matrix organization.

• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (particularly Power Apps) is preferred.

• Understanding of data structures (AI architecture, SQL, API knowledge, and data pipelines) is preferred.
