Senior Product Manager – ELM Practice Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine our long-term vision for ELM Practice Management solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the ELM engineering team and UX designer to ensure smooth progression of development cycles.

• Cultivate relationships with Litify’s premier corporate legal clients to comprehend their distinct challenges.

• Create and enhance essential product experiences.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering to fulfill the roadmap.

• Produce detailed and clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) along with precise Jira tickets.

• Leverage AI tools to optimize your product development lifecycle.

• Secure buy-in and support from leadership for the innovation roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Background in legal tech, enterprise legal management (ELM), or corporate legal departments is highly advantageous.

• A proactive individual who excels in uncertain situations and takes full ownership.

• Excellent client-facing skills.

• Practical experience with Jira, Claude, and Claude Code.

• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.

• Profound analytical skills and a dedication to meticulously considering edge cases.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile processes and principles.
