• Develop and enhance the roadmap for data products in alignment with business objectives.

• Establish, track, and optimize success metrics and OKRs for the products.

• Convert business area requests into technical specifications for the Data Engineering team.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog utilizing agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics teams, and business units to ensure high-impact deliveries.

• Monitor squad performance metrics and drive ongoing improvements.

• Assist with data governance, security, quality, and compliance initiatives.

• Lead agile ceremonies in partnership with the Agility team.

• Oversee production deployments and coordinate communication with stakeholders.

• Foster a data-driven culture and the continuous advancement of data products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in similar roles.

• Experience with data products tailored for business units.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

• Understanding of backlog prioritization techniques and product management.

• Experience in data, analytics, or data engineering projects.

• Knowledge of Data Lake, Data Mesh, or contemporary data architectures is advantageous.

• Familiarity with OKRs, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.

• Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a focus on ownership and results.
