📋 Description

• Take charge of the product roadmap and overall strategy.

• Balance the development of customer-focused features with the reduction of technical debt.

• Conduct regular reviews of the roadmap with leadership to ensure alignment.

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance product value.

• Collaborate with internal experts in mortgage solutions.

• Serve as a vital link between engineering and product decision-making.

• Remain engaged in the execution of the product and establish success metrics.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in leading teams.

• Demonstrated history of managing a product roadmap.

• Experience in driving products from initial concept to deployment.

• Familiarity with leading product strategy for existing products.

• Background in dealing with legacy systems, technical debt, or complex integrations.

• Ability to work closely with Engineering on defining scope, timelines, and trade-offs.

• Strong instinct for prioritization.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving organizational environment.
