This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and enhance the roadmap for a suite of B2B SaaS compliance products, ensuring a balance between customer value, commercial prospects, regulatory relevance, technical viability, and strategic alignment.
• Formulate a compelling vision for your products that is rooted in customer challenges, market insights, product usage statistics, competitive assessments, and the company's strategic direction.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on measurable outcomes such as customer adoption, retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and competitive edge.
• Establish clear product success metrics to inform discovery, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Interact directly with customers, prospects, partners, sales, customer success teams, implementation, support, and industry professionals to grasp compliance workflows, unmet needs, and purchasing motivations.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the regulatory, operational, and market pressures impacting financial services compliance teams.
• Evaluate market demand, competitive options, pricing and packaging potential, and monetization opportunities for both new and existing products.
• Convert customer and market insights into product specifications, business cases, roadmap suggestions, and launch strategies.
• Lead product initiatives from the discovery phase through requirements definition, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, architecture, security, legal, compliance, sales, customer success, marketing, and implementation teams to produce high-quality SaaS products.
• Navigate trade-offs among scope, timing, quality, customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and commercial consequences.
• Uphold a methodical approach to delivery while remaining adaptable to evolving market and customer needs.
• Identify actionable opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, workflow intelligence, and data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences.
• Ensure that AI-enabled features are based on genuine customer issues and designed with necessary considerations for explainability, trust, control, auditability, and regulatory sensitivity.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to aid in product positioning, pricing insights, packaging strategies, revenue growth, and customer retention efforts.
• Assist in customer meetings, executive briefings, roadmap discussions, renewal negotiations, and strategic account planning where product expertise is essential.
• Clearly communicate roadmap priorities, trade-offs, delivery progress, and product outcomes to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work alongside other Product Managers to synchronize roadmap dependencies, platform capabilities, shared workflows, and cross-product customer experiences.
• Proven experience with enterprise SaaS products, particularly multi-tenant platforms catering to complex B2B clients.
• Demonstrated success in managing existing products while also recognizing and delivering new product opportunities.
• Strong product discovery capabilities, including customer interviews, problem validation, opportunity sizing, market research, roadmap prioritization, and outcome definition.
• Proficiency in translating intricate customer requirements into clear product specifications and financially viable roadmap initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise SaaS product design, encompassing configurability, scalability, permissions, workflows, reporting, integrations, implementation, adoption, and supportability.
• Capability to make well-considered trade-offs among customer demands, commercial priorities, regulatory expectations, technical limitations, and delivery capacity.
• Experience in developing or managing products for financial services compliance is highly favored.
• Ability to engage credibly with compliance leaders, risk management teams, legal stakeholders, operations teams, and senior executives at enterprise clients.
• Insights into how highly regulated organizations evaluate, procure, configure, govern, and adopt enterprise software.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect product investments to revenue growth, customer retention, market expansion, and competitive advantage.
• Experience in contributing to pricing, packaging, SKU definition, business cases, market positioning, or go-to-market strategies.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales and customer success teams to understand pipeline demand, renewal risks, customer feedback, and opportunities for expansion.
• Ability to differentiate between individual customer requests and broader market opportunities.
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering, architecture, security, data, and AI teams.
• Practical understanding of modern SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, reporting, workflow automation, and enterprise security standards.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced product functionalities, analytics, automation, and data-driven decision support.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across product, engineering, commercial, implementation, support, legal, and executive teams.
• Strong executive presence, capable of communicating clearly and confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly structured thought process that can clarify ambiguous problems and complex product decisions.
