This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire product strategy and roadmap for Worldly’s suite of product tools, which includes PIC, MSI, and Regulatory Outputs (PEF, DPP, EcoScore).
• Conduct market and competitive analysis for the product tools sector, focusing on DPP container providers, LCA platforms, PEF experts, and competitors centered in the EU.
• Facilitate ongoing customer discovery by engaging directly with brand clients and prospects; represent the Product team during commercial discussions involving PIC, DPP, and PEF.
• Monitor the regulatory landscape — including developments in the ESPR delegated act, PEFCR updates, and national regulations like the France Decree 2025-957 — and convert findings into actionable product insights and roadmap revisions.
• Identify and outline data partnerships for accessing the EF database in preparation for EF 4.0.
• Function as a hybrid inbound/outbound Product Manager: gather insights from customers and the market and integrate them into roadmap and go-to-market strategies equally.
• Collaborate across departments with Sustainability, Product Design, and GTM teams to ensure alignment on priorities and effective execution.
• Proven experience in the development of textiles, soft goods, or hard goods: understanding how products are designed, developed, and sourced by consumer goods brands, including insights into the supply chain dynamics and the needs of both brands and suppliers.
• Over 5 years of product management experience; B2B SaaS experience is essential, with a strong preference for backgrounds in supply chain, sustainability, and/or climate technology.
• Ideally, possess direct, practical experience with LCA, PEF, product carbon footprinting, or environmental data methodologies — sufficient to engage in credible discussions with sustainability directors or LCA practitioners.
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer interactions — you should be eager to participate in these conversations rather than merely accepting them.
• Proven ability to navigate a complex and changing regulatory environment and make clear product decisions based on ambiguous signals.
• Experience in conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis, rather than simply consuming it.
• A demonstrated history of effective collaboration across product, commercial, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks, especially ESPR, CSRD, and Digital Product Passport requirements.
• Experience with or exposure to EF (Environmental Footprint) methodologies and database structures.
• Previous work with sustainability-focused B2B platforms or tools in the apparel, footwear, or broader consumer goods sectors.
• Existing relationships or familiarity with LCA software vendors, PEF specialists, or DPP solution providers.
• Comprehensive benefits package, with 90% of employee premiums and 75% of spouse/dependent premiums covered by Worldly.
• Company-sponsored 401k plan with up to a 4% match.
• Incentive Stock Options available.
• 100% paid parental leave.
• Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).
• 13 designated company holidays.
• Competitive salary along with performance-based bonuses, healthcare, retirement matching, and equity options for US employees.
• Use the office stipend to acquire necessary supplies and combat Zoom fatigue with no-meeting Fridays.
• Flexible time off policy, allowing you to take the time needed to recharge; our culture promotes exploration and rest for optimal performance.
• We foster a remote but connected environment. Engage with the culture committee, participate in coffee chats, or join various interest groups.
