This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Develop and lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Resolve encompassing RMM, MDM/UEM, remote access & support, helpdesk, ITAM, integrations, and the MSP channel.

• Spearhead the agentic AI strategy, positioning Resolve as a leading platform for AI-driven IT automation.

• Recognize emerging trends and customer requirements to steer product innovation and differentiation.

• Make prioritization choices in a resource-limited setting, balancing execution speed, technical debt, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage and expand a product management team with over 15 members across various regions, fostering agentic AI capabilities and investing in team development.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to execute the roadmap and enhance pipeline, win rates, and growth in the mid-upper SMB and MSP sectors.

• Take ownership of targets and monitor performance against objectives — including ARR growth, net revenue retention, and bookings — while highlighting risks and opportunities to leadership.

• Interact directly with customers and represent Resolve in executive forums, industry events, and with essential partners.

ā›³ļø Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior director or VP-level position, preferably with P&L responsibility.

• Proven experience in scaling a B2B SaaS product through phases of growth and transition — not merely managing an established product.

• Background in IT management, endpoint management, or a related enterprise infrastructure category (RMM, UEM, MDM, ITSM).

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams towards measurable results such as ARR growth, retention, and pipeline development.

• Experience in AI/agentic product development, including agentic system design.

• Familiarity with the MSP channel, along with insights into the commercial and product dynamics of the managed services market.

• Proficient in presenting to executive and international audiences; capable of working effectively across UK/European and North American time zones.

šŸļø Benefits

• Comprehensive health benefits.

• Generous paid time off that includes paid holidays, volunteer days, quarterly self-care days, and company-designated no-meeting days.

• Tuition reimbursement alongside access to both instructor-led and on-demand learning and development programs.

• The Thrive Global Wellness Program, a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a wellness app, and one-on-one wellness coaching.

• Opportunities for employee-led communities and initiatives, including Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), GoTo Gives, and charitable matching.
