This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement an ambitious vision for our products that aligns with our objective of enhancing the lives of underserved communities.
• Take responsibility for outcomes related to acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, and customer value.
• Convert company priorities into actionable product investments, roadmaps, and resource allocations.
• Utilize customer insights, data analysis, experimentation, and business economics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Data team to establish measurable success metrics for the Product teams, ensuring accountability through OKRs.
• Create experiences that boost revenue, conversion rates, and customer engagement while enhancing cost efficiency.
• Formulate the feature roadmap, proactively planning ahead and overseeing implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Work alongside engineering and marketing leadership to develop agile processes, frameworks, and tools that enhance product velocity, quality, accountability, and transparency.
• Recruit, build, and train a premier product and design team.
• Strategically consider organizational design and development as the team expands.
• Collaborate across functions to balance growth, customer experience, risk management, compliance, and operational complexities.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, including leadership roles with a demonstrated track record of scaling consumer products and driving strategy and execution across various product areas.
• More than 3 years of experience in product leadership within an early-stage technology firm.
• At least 5 years of experience in consumer mobile products.
• A strong commitment to making a social impact and contributing to a business that significantly enhances people's lives.
• Proven experience in leading and nurturing a product organization, promoting a culture of empowered, autonomous product teams while driving innovation and accountability.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions, while balancing that with a keen intuition regarding user engagement with products or features—you can quickly validate and adjust your hypotheses.
• Extensive knowledge of deriving and delivering consumer insights through focus groups, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data, and experimental methods.
• Excellent partner management skills and the ability to advocate internally through effective verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and experienced in creating the frameworks and processes essential for our growing team.
• Strong understanding of consumer business economics, encompassing conversion, retention, monetization, and lifetime value.
