This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively negotiate and obtain Net 60 (or better) payment terms with manufacturers and key supply chain partners to enhance working capital.
• Oversee comprehensive operations encompassing sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, preorder oversight, logistics, fulfillment, and customer support.
• Establish scalable operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to facilitate rapid business growth.
• Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, production scheduling, and preorder fulfillment.
• Streamline manufacturing, freight, warehousing, fulfillment, and overall supply chain expenses through ongoing negotiation and vendor management.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and fulfillment partners, ensuring product quality and operational excellence.
• Build, lead, and enhance high-performing Operations and Customer Experience teams.
• Assess and implement operational technologies, including ERP and inventory management systems, while developing reporting dashboards and KPIs.
• Support international supply chain operations and cross-border fulfillment initiatives as the business grows.
• Demonstrated experience leading Operations for a rapidly growing DTC apparel, footwear, accessories, or lifestyle brand.
• Personally negotiated and secured Net 60 (or better) payment terms with manufacturers; candidates should be ready to discuss their negotiation strategies and outcomes in detail.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling operations during periods of accelerated business growth.
• Hands-on experience in managing overseas manufacturing and supplier relationships.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with manufacturers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, 3PLs, and other supply chain partners.
• Experience leading inventory planning, demand forecasting, preorder or made-to-order operations, and operational scaling.
• Expertise in optimizing supply chain costs while enhancing operational efficiency.
• Background in implementing or improving ERP, inventory management, or operational systems.
• Strong leadership experience in building and managing Operations and Customer Experience teams.
• International supply chain and cross-border logistics experience is highly desirable.
• Existing relationships with overseas manufacturers will be considered a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.
• Availability to work primarily during U.S. business hours.
• Fully remote, work from anywhere.
