This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Actively managing the relationships with partner organisations (Licensed Organisations) to guarantee high-quality and inclusive DofE programmes.
• Identifying and fostering new partnerships with educational and community organisations.
• Facilitating regular meetings, both in-person and online, with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Working remotely when not attending meetings.
• A strong passion for the development of young individuals.
• Energetic and capable of engaging and influencing a wide array of stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to inspire and motivate others to encourage young people’s participation in DofE.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Ability to meet deadlines combined with excellent administrative skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and skilled in MS Office programs.
• Adaptable in approach with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet Licensed Organisations, holding a valid driving licence and having access to a vehicle.
