Payment Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist in the introduction of new payment service providers and methods for transactions;

• Engage with online payment systems, transaction flows, and the lifecycle of transactions;

• Evaluate payment performance, routing efficiency, and essential operational metrics;

• Enhance processes that influence transaction success rates and overall customer satisfaction;

• Collaborate with global partners, payment service providers, and internal teams;

• Ensure the stability of payment operations in a rapidly changing environment;

• Take charge of operational enhancements and the quality of the payment experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Payments Operations, Billing, Payment Support, or a related field in online payments;

• Strong comprehension of online payment systems, PSPs, technical integrations, transaction flows, and lifecycles;

• Comfort with analyzing financial and transactional data;

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Tableau;

• Proven experience in communicating with international partners and payment service providers, both orally and in writing;

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher;

• Previous experience in the iGaming sector is a plus.
