This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete B2B demand generation strategy — encompassing awareness through pipeline creation — across broker, consultant, and employer segments.
• Create and manage a content-focused ABM engine that effectively targets high-value accounts with both precision and scalability.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive ABM tech stack that includes intent data, account scoring, personalization, and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives translate directly into pipeline and revenue.
• Direct paid media strategy and execution across various platforms including digital display, SEM, CTV, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar media budgets with an emphasis on measurable pipeline contributions and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency.
• Continuously refine channel mix and creative strategies based on performance analytics.
• Formulate a content strategy that caters to every stage of the buyer journey — from initial contact to closing — with tailored assets for broker, Regional Sales Manager (RSM), and employer audiences.
• Create and manage SDR sequences and marketing nurture programs that keep prospects engaged throughout extended sales cycles.
• Take ownership of website strategy and optimization, focusing on improving conversion rates and activating intent signals.
• Promote the use of advanced AI tools throughout the department — from content production to campaign optimization and intent signal analysis.
• Maintain and enhance the marketing tech stack to ensure the team is equipped with best-in-class tools and workflows.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing marketing team that executes across channels with agility and accountability.
• Define team structure, role scopes, and future hiring needs as the organization scales.
• Report to the CMO and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Proven success in managing multimillion-dollar paid media budgets.
• Experience collaborating with SDR/BDR teams.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools and a clear perspective on their application within a B2B marketing context.
• A builder's mindset — you excel in environments where infrastructure requires development.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with utilizing data to guide decision-making and performance reporting.
• Executive presence — able to represent marketing credibly to C-level stakeholders and board members.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
