This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for all creative agency partners.
• Oversee agency workstreams in Asana, managing briefs, timelines, approvals, and asset workflows.
• Craft detailed creative briefs and campaign frameworks based on performance data and AI-driven insights.
• Utilize automation and AI tools to enhance the processes of reviews, version control, and approvals.
• Develop, assign, and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure that feedback is consolidated, effectively communicated, and integrated efficiently.
• Keep organized documentation, creative assets, and knowledge systems.
• Promote accountability for timelines, quality, and performance across agency partners.
• Supervise the execution of enrollment, product, brand, PR, Demand Generation, and lifecycle marketing campaigns while leveraging AI to improve outcomes.
• Manage the integrated marketing calendar and ensure alignment across channels.
• Establish and oversee OKRs, reporting schedules, and AI-enabled performance dashboards.
• Employ analytics and predictive insights to enhance campaign timing, targeting, and creative elements.
• Refine workflows through automation and advanced project management systems.
• Ensure campaigns remain consistently on-brand, compliant, and optimized for results.
• Mentor and manage team members in enrollment, B2B communications, design, and email functions.
• Define clear priorities, expectations, and development plans for direct reports.
• Train and empower teams on contemporary marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI-supported workflows.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, creativity, and ongoing improvement.
• Offer hands-on guidance to enhance creative quality and execution standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Data teams.
• Align campaign execution with business priorities, product launches, and client requirements.
• Assist in go-to-market planning and the rollout of integrated campaigns.
• Transform business objectives into scalable, data-driven marketing programs.
• 10-12+ years of experience leading marketing teams in a startup setting.
• Experience in health & wellness companies or healthtech is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with a creative mindset.
• Comfortable working with data platforms, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies.
• Proven experience collaborating with Product and Client Success teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness brands is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
